THE ANNOINTING OF ASSOCIATION. by Paul Agaba

the anointing of God is the empowerment from the Holy spirit that enables believers to perform beyond what man can do. the anointing enables a christian to work with God just like a car needs fuel to run so we need the anointing of God to perform the will of God.the bible says in Daniel 11:32b ....that those who know their God shall do mighty exploits, meaning if we need to operate in the anointing of God, we need to know God, to know God means that you have an intimate relationship with Him. the bible says in john 15:15 that Jesus no longer calls us servants but He calls us friends. meaning when you have the anointing, you begin to do the master's business! wow! the anointing can be maintained by sanctification, petition, and by also association, Association means engaging with some one or people. the anointing of association can lead you to your destiny, the bible says that we are the salt of the world therefore when you have the anointing, you become of importance to the people you associate with. take an example in Ruth 1:16...Ruth said..."Entreat me not to leave me or turn back from following you for wherever you go i will go and wherever you lodge, i will lodge, your people shall be my people and your God my God"....Ruth had lost her husband.. Naome the mother in law was trying to ensue her to go back to her people. Ruth knew in her spirit that her destiny was not being a widow for life to her former place of desolation No! her destiny lied in the land of where they worshiped a living God. Naome was a woman of God, Ruth wouldn't settle for less but she was seeking a destiny,which destiny would be attained by" sticking to Naome"....it is in this association that Ruth met a respectable man of God Boaz who married her. friends its going to take the anointing

of association for you to get to your desired destiny! the only reason why Rah-ab the prostitute was justified and also saved from the destruction of Jericho is because she hid the Men of God who had come to spy the land.she wasn't righteous to deserve redemption no! but because she Hid the men of God, God saved her. therefore friends to retain the anointing, you need to associate with God and His people with a deposit of the anointing.
