About Us.

ABOUT GENERATION IMPACT MINISTRIES UGANDA.

Generation Impact Ministries is a youth initiative that began in March 2009 under the leadership of Agaba Paul who is the current president and founder. It is a ministry that has a burden for the youth with such a passion to deeply inspire young people in the ways of God amidst the various challenges.
Our desire is to raise young people who are deeply rooted in the word of God, who in turn will surface as agents of change in different institutional capacities through Godly leadership development.

MINISTRY VISION:
Our ministry Vision is “Preserving remnant”
Romans 9:27 says that ... "Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved. It is from this that we derive our vision. We believe we have a role we have to play with God to preserve the young people of this generation from being lured away by the passions of this world. That we shall live holy, pure and Righteous lives as we await upon Christ's return.

SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION;
The Ministry is strongly founded on Habakkuk 1:5 which says that ….. “I will do a work in your days”.

MISSION STATEMENT:
TO BE A PEOPLE DEEPLY ROOTED IN THE WORD OF GOD, DELIGENT IN PREACHING THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST , ACTING AS AGENTS OF REVIVAL AS WE WAIT UPON CHRIST'S RETURN”

WHERE WE ARE TODAY.
In February 5th-2010 we began a hostel fellowship that has been attended by over 80 people since 2010. this fellowship is comprised of students from Uganda Christian University Mukono.
The purpose of the fellowship is to study the word God as we equip our selves to teaching others. This is in line with 2nd Timothy 2:2 which says that “And things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others”
through the fellowship, we have had outreach activities such as hostel outreach, school outreach, home outreach or believer support fellowship. We also organize prayer Retreats and soon we will be organismic conferences. We meet weekly at the hostel every Friday from 8 pm – 9:30pm.
